yes, right honourable sir, and there are almost infinite answers. i like : particularly in the disputed and devastated border countries caught in the war for world domination between 2 "european" blocs that raged in the second half of the last century, and dogs us still, violent anarchy was let loose, and now constitutes a curse on both our houses, fired by a fundamentalist faith - not unlike george w. bush's. i set out my solution on a website www.obolworld.blogspot.com , for when you have time and interest.
